Market just tanked recently with an abundance of buildings opening in Stamford, it's saturated. 

, credit scores are great, and they have big fat down payments (which could hint at their "real" income that you won't see on tax returns).All the data that I've read says that non-QM is outperforming FHA.

However, to no surprise to anyone, LA is a saturated and overpriced area. 

At the same time, the market is saturated with agents that jumped in the last 3-5 years when everything was selling easy.

You do not win all the deals but I just want the fat ones.   

Maybe I'm just clinging to the hope that it's not too saturated.

It leads to more stabilization because our market has been saturated for years.
