Rents would average $450 per month and I would want it managed by someone else.Wondering where you'd be on numbers.Also wondering what kind of timeline you think my money would be tied up before I was at least breaking even while the rest of the units were rented out.

As long as you are sending to targeted lists for the right kind of houses you will get deals if you persist.

So I know I am kind of rambling but that's how I see it so yes there is a romanticism of hey I get to not work for the man and I am going to start my own business this can be done in hundreds of different ways real estate landlording is just one.WE are mainly on the debt side and I have clients that live strictly on note income..
