I've made some good friends along the way but I'm struggling internally because i need freedom. mostly with my time so i can go be with my family more often and build a more enjoyable lifestyle doing the things I love most such as motocross, hunting, fishing ect.

Summer though that I agree with compared to Texas its a delight.I like Charleston SC as a choice.. lots happening real estate wise.. great town great history resturants are really good.. and your right on the ocean so boating fishing etc is nice.. and airport you can get to the major hubs very easy.. economy booming with Boeing Volvo BMW and right to work state. 

Don't get analysis by paralysis, but a lot of people have a kind of investment philosophy like "I want to be the biggest fish in the small pond" or, alternately, "I want to show I'm the meanest, fiercest, strongest jaguar in the jungle, so let me at the competition." 

I'd stand in the middle of the float in a Santa suit with a police megaphone and have four big old boys in elf costumes pounding the crap out of bass drums on the corners.

And a fishing buddy of mine is a commercial PM in Denver and has a pretty thriving business.... 

It might be small, but to me it's like looking for specific fish in the entire Atlantic ocean and all I have to do is tell them, and BAM I get my fish. 

Each of their students have become "big fish" in the area. 

He's a millionaire REI, winner of many REI awards and Rich dad hall of fame, he's a really big fish in the community.

Our area has always been a high demand area as we have lakes, rivers, water falls, mountains, trails, fishing, boating, and ALL types of sports and recreation.
