To me NARPM credentialed companies are really the only A players in the business but obviously check out whoever you inquire with.

Again, a lot of great players within this space, especially for smaller landlords.

Guys who are inspecting restaurants and buildings see a LOT of this stuff, and probably know the best players in town.

I'm not sure of your exit plan, or how these equity players look at exits, but theres a good number of opportunistic money players chasing deals who have the funds and patience to see through a good solid investment opportunity. 

I know most of them... then when its quiet ask them if you could run some deals by them some time.Rod Nylund is a big player there and nice guy he will talk to you. 

If nothing else find out who some of the big players are and reach out to them and ask what their biggest problem is and how you can best be a solution to them, a great place to start can be as a helpful hand and learn everything you can from that "big fish".
