Laundry•Washer/dryer hook-ups in units?

If you have w/d hook-ups make sure your dryer vent line is clear and you provide the highest quality washer supply hoses.

The washer died in my San Jose townhouse.

Rehab/repairs consisted of all new floors, tile over basement concrete floor, all new stainless appliances, washer and dryer, full paint job, removing drop ceiling and replacing with drywall, shed demolition, fancy kitchen faucet, granite countertop and backsplash installation (kept cabinets), new bathroom vanity, new gfci and grounded outlets by licensed electrician. 

Thought about adding a washer/dryer stack.

Like I said above I got tired of the back and forth is it legal is it not.So being a broker I called the agency and got an investigator to engage me.when asked can you market in ANY manner a property you only have under contract but don't own that was here response.. which is no.She went on to say they deem same day transactional funding as selling RE without a license..

So if there were any shenanigans it was her relative causing it.I'm not trying to discourage you.

Plus it said to strip the beds, put the sheets in the washer before leaving, run the dishwasher, vacuum...or there was an extra charge. 

Ways to increase cash flow is to charge additional rent when suppling washer/dryers, charge non-refundable pet fees and charge for pet rent.   

If the washers are pay,  make sure the cost is sufficient.
