I have heard all of this before and it's the same noise.

I just spent the last five months at a desk job that I completely hated (I know that's nothing compared to what some people have done) but I really don't want to go back to that slave-to-the-grind lifestyle.

My experience has been that ONE great broker is better than 1000 mediocre ones and we'd like to maintain the smallest number of finder relationships possible to get adequate deal flow to minimize churn and noise.

Both are a "grind" -- you're going to fight for every penny and when you stop fighting, the pennies stop coming.

They always want to sign nine-months, you'll never keep them more than a year, noise complaints are common, and they whine about every little thing.

JR, I think that my family makes to much noise to house hack.  

Yesterday I got a call from a tenant telling me that his furnace would make an unusual noise when he turned on the AC the first time (yes, end of June - that's one of the perks of living in Wisconsin).

Hi, I received a call from the community police officer saying there was a noise complaint from a neighbor.

It is used a lot for second flooring to stop noise and ect and works great. 

I think his program is a good starting point, but there are also more advance course one could consider. for example @Nasar Elarabi  here you have someone who is actually active in the business and not distracted by the noise.
