:Secondly, the offer you made could have been for more money, it may not have been the best offer that met the needs of the seller. When you are making CASH ONLY OFFER on a property that is sold AS IS and cannot be possibly financed due to holes in the walls and ceiling, has a huge pile of trash in the middle, was used by homeless people as a dump and is missing appliances, there is very little difference between the offers.I'm not an agent, so I have no bias in this. The bank's asset manager might prefer the buyer that the listing agent represents because the asset manager has an existing relationship and level of trust in the listing agent, so that when the asset manager wants a guaranteed closing he will prefer the listing agent's own buyers - because the asset manager knows (or assumes) that the listing agent will only deal with buyers that close.

I feel like this is the deal because  a place sold in November on my floor for $430 K,100 square feet bigger, un renovated and another place upstairs was 600 ft.² bigger and sold for $650k un renovated and my place is listed at $390 everything brand new. so the drop to $365-$375 in my biased opinion would be giving it away but I can't force the market I guess.
