Poconos / Monroe County, PA Cleaners and Handyman referrals

Hi everyone! My wife and I are looking to get our first STR property in the Poconos in the coming weeks. Does anyone here have any great experiences with Cleaners and Handyman in the area they wouldn't mind referring? We haven't chosen the neighborhood yet, but we're looking in Monroe County.

Steer clear of Pineda Works Handyman. Whatever he’s called home improvement/handyman, etc. Just steer clear of Pineda.  He’s based in Easton but has recently began promoting his business in Monroe County. 
I am a contractor and have the privilege of cleaning up an absolute mess he made of a flip job in Northampton County.  Everything he touched was either terrible or wrong.  Please trust me in this.
