I've found that most of these type of threads have the same conclusion: your sample space is too small.

It blows my mind we can be so close and have such different results, but I have a large enough sample size to be confident they do not work in my market.

You can either inspect the property to be lead free which would require eliminating everything that had lead paint on it (pretty much gutting the property) or you can test dust samples.

(b) Inspections of dwellings or dwelling units or of any child care facility, and testing environmental samples.

I'm going to write my first blog post on this topic, and use a few properties in the area as samples.
