Hello BP!!!

I've poked around and been intrigued by BP for the longest time now. For several reasons, that I hope to discuss with folks, it's time to get serious about this and become part of the community. I've been investing for quite a while now, but it's been in the background in a sense while I focus on a career. I still have a fiveplex that I manage in an awesome part of town. My wife and I just had a little guy who is the light of our lives. I want to, and have the potential to, buy a few more properties. But I can't for the life of me find anything that cashflows in a decent way in my area (Halifax, Nova Scotia). I think that either, a) there really is very little in the way of good props for sale here at this time, or b) I'm not being reasonable with my analyses... I'm going to write my first blog post on this topic, and use a few properties in the area as samples. I'm sure other folks have ran into this problem at some point, and I'd love to hear from you.
