Judgements are generally good for 10 years and can be renewed interest accrues .

Your current level of success is down your high levels of intellectual curiosity, capacity/willingness to learn, deferred consumption, emotional intelligence and, most importantly, luck to be born into the greatest economy known to mankind. 

accrued cash flow is not anything that most want, like or would invest in..

Additionally, water/sewer charges continue to accrue even if the service has been shut off (you pay for the privilege of being connected to the public utilities).

The general wisdom is that actual LT expenses (accruing for onetime expenses like roofs, boilers, and parking lots) run closer to 50-60% of gross revenues.
