And I would argue that there's a tremendous solvency risk. 

This year, everyone is arguing because almost no one went to the POA meeting due to Covid.

In the VI, I would argue that a number of investment properties trade at higher cap rates than in the States - outsized returns can be achieved  as the market in fairly unsophisticated. 

One school of thought says that you should never put your retirement savings at risk and the other camp argues that investing in yourself with higher returns makes more sense. 

My x-wife had similar views to your x and the additional damage which would have been caused by arguing with her over assets, was not worth the pain it would have inflicted on my children.

In contrast, others argue that even 5 to 7 percent is acceptable in some markets.

So I'm reading through the ABCs of Real Eastate and am in chapter seven "Is It Really a Diamond?". 

In this case this was thanks to the ABCs of Real Estate by Ken McElroy, which I highly recommend. 

If this had good performance history it could be argued there is some value there, it doesn't, your already expecting future losses and damage.

Is this letter worth the money to try and argue my case?
