In our 6 month inspection, we saw that the tenant has blatantly used nails to hang artwork/pictures throughout the house and they installed a wall mount for a TV. 

Should I allow my tenants to mount the TV to the wall?

After a guest stole out TV's and filed a claim on their credit card payment - and VRBO did NOTHING to assist us, we checked out what Airbnb would have done. 

Brittany, you need to start your own thread.I would clean the oven, as others have said,  it should have been clean when she moved in.I have a long-term but pain-in-the-*** tenant who wanted a new dishwasher simply because the old was too loud and interfering with his TV watching.  

You have basic finishes like laminate counters, 30" cabinets, a coil stove a TV sitting on a bar stool and your pool doesn't have a hot tub, that alone is losing you bookings.

I would rather spend my time looking for RE, spending time with friends and family, traveling, watching my favorite sports teams, watching good movies or tv shows.
