Brittany, you need to start your own thread.I would clean the oven, as others have said,  it should have been clean when she moved in.I have a long-term but pain-in-the-*** tenant who wanted a new dishwasher simply because the old was too loud and interfering with his TV watching.

You have basic finishes like laminate counters, 30" cabinets, a coil stove a TV sitting on a bar stool and your pool doesn't have a hot tub, that alone is losing you bookings.

I'm also married, trying to protect three teenagers from their own stupidity, run a business with seven employees, etc.I consider myself a success story, but I have C-class rentals in a small market nobody knows/cares about, and I don't have the infectious personality that makes for good TV.
