He’s either scamming or desperate especially if he could be making $65/foot.

I see mentorship and apprenticeships all over the internet and have been trying to decide if that's best for me, I definitely would love to have someone with experience I can look to for guidance and coaching but with all the programs online you can never tell what is a scam and what is legit.

So it screamed scam to me.

Smart/scamming tenants will realize this and just bask in the free place to stay.

The RDPD seminars on the other hand sound like a scam and should be avoided.

Craigslist has many good companies advertising, but of course, there is that risk of scams on craigslist too.

He was on bigger pockets before as Michael Melendez with My House Services and numerous people posted about how Michael scammed them out of so much money!  

I have also been tracking his scams as well, to ensure that this tends to be his M.O.
