Selling a Rental Arbitrage Unit

Jun Koo
Posted

I have a rental arbitrage unit that I am looking to "sell" and was hoping to receive input on where I should go to do that.

I went into rental arbitrage earlier this year to dip my toes into the STR space. It went well and I learned a ton so I was hoping to "sell" this unit so that I can go about buying my own rental. The contract does state that I can transfer the "lease" over to another person so there would be no problem with me doing so.

Is there a place I can go to find people that are wanting to go into rental arbitrage or any other tactics that people can recommend?
