Looking for a landscaper that can replace some old plants/shrubs in an existing flower bed and lay new sod down in a fenced backyard area.

I rent to those guys you see working on the large erections of steel at a petrochemical refinery and associated fertilizer plant. 

Lots going on there with AT&T stadium, GM plant, and the new Ranger’s ballpark under construction.

If you want to improve your community's appeal, donate time, money or property ... coach the little league team, buy and plant flowers in the town park every spring.If you are dealing with any other professional such as a lender, appraiser, tradesperson etc and if they need to know be upfront and tell them you buy, fix and flip homes, or buy and rent homes to make a profit.IMHO Mission Statements are a waste of time.

We bought that property in August, so we'd like to move to be closer to that project so that we can start planting trees and berries, (things that take a long time to grow and don't need a lot of our time or attention) and also to closer to that side of the family.
