A bigger fish to catch?

I am happy with the path we took to get our foot in the door, but my short time on the site so far has broadened by horizons tremendously, and has me thinking bigger than I ever thought possible - so thank you to Josh, Brandon, and all the other contributors who have made this site what it is today!

Love Sanibel/Captiva, but fishing and diving is better in the Keys.- Would probably be a cash deal or if it makes sense finance up to 50%.- Targeting $600k range- Like the idea of a single family vs. condo... if we spend the entire winter here, I can't be couped up in a condo.- Would like let friends/family use it "at cost" or free for a few weeks during the year.- Obviously would like something nice but doesn't have to be million dollar home with high end finishes.  

It has 43 thousand acre Table Rock Lake, amazing trophy trout fishing in lake Taneycomo, the Ozark mountains and new attractions that seem to pop up every month. 

I guess I could do the blow in insulation, but that would make future electrical upgrades more difficult since then cable can't be simply fished through the walls.On the other hand rowhouses have their own efficiency.  

Then @Travis Salley know that the fishing that you are doing, is a COMPETITIVE MARKET!! 

I see a lot of folks that are wanna be's, but all of the real players that I know are still the only real big fish in the pond.
