I've attended the neighborhood meeting which was a worthwhile experience and discovered we also have an app to report violations.

I definitely see some cons to this approach, as you mentioned, but is absolutely a worthwhile option and something to explore!!

Prices are getting too high to make it worth while.

When I get enough of them to make it worthwhile I might hire someone to help and self manage.
