I like doing both but you're right: your health suffers.

However, if are you dependent on w2 income or other investments or know someone who is, they will be suffering. 

Other than that, the strong do what they want and the weak suffer what they must.

I think the book suffers from the curse that it was a paper to start with that got really good reviews in B-school academic circles so the authors decided to cash in and expand it to book length, which was a bad call.
