Thank you all so much you guys and girls, I've begun my budget and couldn't have done it without the help I really appreciate it.

It took three weeks to get a reply on a house, and when they did reply, it was to inform me that A) they were training the new girl on how to reply to email and B) when I told them I had proof of funds, they quit talking to me.

That's my normal response, but I was already suspicous because I couldn't see why this young (21 yo) single girl with no kids/roommates would want to rent this 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 1700 sf house.

The girl I spoke with put me on hold for a long time.

ok guys had about 5-6 that called and said take me off your list and accused me of stalking I had about a 10% response rate but most are negative.
