I just bounced questions off two last night.  

I'm bouncing around the idea of asking to go to Korea so I can get a return assignment here but ill get into that later.

I know it helps to bounce ideas off of the forum, but knowledge, particularly in your backyard is of intrinsic value.

Exactly as it sounds, I am hearing so many different rates being bounced around from my friends around the world in their respective countries.What is a competitive rate in your respective state at this point in time?

I have one there that is going gangbusters since last May, and am always looking for more. the area in general really bounced back and Chalet Village, hit real hard by fires, is undergoing tremendous rebuilding.

Are there folks in the Syracuse area willing to let me bounce some ideas off of them. just staring credit score 620+

I've invested quite a bit in Detroit in multiple asset types and can help if you want some direction or to bounce ideas off of, and was originally local to the area. 

I’ve been listening to the pod cast for a while and have been reading as much as I can but I think having a place to bounce questions off people will be very beneficial.
