Hi everyone!  My name is Travis Collins, and I am new to the BiggerPockets community as well as the Minneapolis Minnesota real estate investing community.  I joined BP in hopes to find advice on real estate investing specifically fix and flip as well as buy and hold.  Currently I have two properties and very little experience.  I look forward to speaking with you.  Thank you for your time and help!
