Can they show you evidence of their work?

First i make sure that whatever I do I am starting out profitably and then I avaluate or check out my feelers for what the market sentiment is and any evidence of a market direction so that if the market moves in any direction I can either withstand it or take advantage of it if possible.

Joshua, while I am not in Florida I definitely would recommend a couple of evidence that you could pursue.

Check references, previous landlords, proof income, and (it is going to sound corny) check social media to find details about their life, any evidence that they might be lying.
