. - As far as listing properties, I would suggest Zillow Rental Manager, but you might also consider other sources as well as posting a sign on the front yard - although I typically DO NOT do that because I'd rather get someone that is used to working electronically and I also don't want to draw unwanted attention to the house/property.Hope this helps give you some ideas.

I use a service called "ClearNow" which handles my electronic rent payments.

We use a local bank for checking and just electronically transfer to and from the online Discover account when needed.

They derive enjoyment from a fancy car, like other people enjoy traveling or electronic gadgets.

This way they can pay online by electronic transfer into my rent deposit account and there is no transfer fee charged.  

The monthly newsletter would mention their name, occupation, and position.

If you start making a ton of claims, you will just get dropped.I sold warranties for an electronic retailer and they pushed them so hard on us.

I don't want any referral fee but I do need access to an electronic copy our local real estate contract and access to the MLS.
