Reporting to Credit Bureaus

Tried to find a post on this but couldn’t. Would like to start reporting to help tenants build credit but do y’all have any softwares y’all recommend and what the pros and cons are?

I use a service called "ClearNow" which handles my electronic rent payments. The tenant can opt in to have the payment record reported to the credit bureau. See: ClearNow credit reporting
