While most won't need to do this, investors who consistantly buy new properties might consider doing this if they're having issues and can't get resolution. 

Ring doorbells are a great idea and I think sharing access would help keep people accountable as Ben said (and avoid potential disputes over missing packages, etc)

Must be some disputed material facts or this is game over. 

As a forensic accountant and fraud examiner, I have dealt with numerous cases in which a land owner and general contractor face disputes with one another 1.

@Shane Pico @Bill Brandt @Lori Goldsmith At least here, there is no valid basis for filing a LP….the contract is dead so the buyer has no interest or claim on the property itself…..this is solely a dispute over the EM being held in escrow.

Hello community, one of the tenants decided to dispute past VENMO rent payments, he is claiming that he had not , but Venmo is now asking us to pay back and until then the account is frozen, and each time someone pays us, it will be going towards the balance, of course, I am disputing, its unheard of.

We use an awesome program called Legal Nature to create operating agreements and amendments/resolutions.

Much more management will be required as tenants (who don’t know each other) will get in disputes over A-Z reasons (theft, drugs, cleanliness, being too loud, etc.).
