A developer typically will not buy a piece of land without getting site plan approvals, zoning, LOI's from tenants,etc.

You can find them via BP and meetup sites.

We have a great team but trying to get the amount of work done we have can be complicated logistically. 

Just wasn't sure if there might have been a site that may have held the answer.

Stick with it not as complicated as it sometimes sounds-lots of ways to make a buck-and many more ways to lose one.

So, while the meth complicates is a little, it doesn't change much because if there is any smoke damage it needs to be remediated regardless of whether it was meth or just household items burning.
