I bounced around to several other title compaines none are better than him Please tell him I sent you! 

I am bouncing back and forth with one issue that I would like to get everyones opinion on.The driveway is a concrete driveway and runs on the left side of the property up to the house that would be on the right.

It's a certified check, so no need to wait for the check to clear before you wire.You wire the money, the "certified" check bounces sky high.  

I have bounced a couple ideas around; single family renting out rooms, multi family, as well as a live-in-flip.I have no problems getting dirty, as I spend my free time building things with friends, welding, fabricating etc.I am looking for guidance as to some key articles I should read, books etc, as well as some avenues to explore regarding the ideas listed above. 

I would love to hook up with people around the area and bounce ideas off esch other.
