Does one of your local tv stations have a consumer reporter, who might like to knock on that person's door to get their side of it?

It take me abut 10 minutes to prepare a step by step guide to use the television, but anyway it's really not that techinal (Step 1:Turn on TV, Step 2: press Netflix button ;p).

There are so many shows on TV today that discuss flip, flip, flip!!!!

(Look at some of the TV financial shows of those days such as Fox news' "The cost of Freedom" or Jim Kramer on CNBC).
