Investors need to get smarter on selecting their representation; if your realtor is 'the rock star,' you've got the wrong person...the rock star should be you.As to why there have been so few replies, please know that news outlets have been proactively soliciting response from realtors.

I don't understand why mine aren't filled up since I have competitive rates and pretty much 5 stars across the board with my properties.

But the value added can be enough to kick star your investing.

I was only looking for asset protection so it looks as though the lone star state is the best bet for it.

Two things to know for this market:1) Get reliable comprehensive data for the zip code you want to buy - do not jump on media headlines.2) Lean into local professionals advice, who know the market - not armchair investors who feel the need to comment on every post to get a star/trophy next to their name. 

Then airbnb reactivated it but 3 months later I had a guest give a 1 star review by accident and they suspended my listing again.
