I've done installs/replacements on a couple types of flooring, drywall, cabinetry, outlets, ceiling fans, toilets, showers, vanities, and faucets etc.

On the electrical side, I'm always suspicious of 100 amp service and un-grounded electrical outlets.

There is an outlet near the window so I'm thinking the ideal product would be a temperature sensing vent fan.

I’m still trying to unpack this HUD-1 concept but what I also took away from Alex’s podcast was his amazing book recommendations (currently reading Factfulness-super uplifting btw) and his belief in having a money making hobby, creative outlet hobby and physical hobby.

Small business Is the back bone of America its what keeps it going.. investing in rentals is an outlet to take the money your earned in your job or business.  

But once we got put on one publication's list of 'top place to blah blah blah', then more publications and media outlets caught on. 

It'd be hard (and very expensive) trying to sell those $1 mill condos if we ever wanted to move out, let alone pay $1000 for HOA/parking as an owner.

It may be area specific, but section 8 standards in my market are not strict at all...Heat and AC must workAll outlets must workAll windows must open and have screensWorking smoke and Co detectorsAnd then, of course, clean and safeAll things I I would repair, regardless of who was moving in.
