As I was evicting her I found that she liked to entertain different gentleman on different nights.  

That could be for a variety if reasons, that unit is farther from the street, or newer appliances, or the perception that they will get a free new paint job in the soon to be available unit etc...Do you entertain such request?  

I say that because there a lot of the larger companies that will not even entertain what you are looking for, but if you were closer to Portsmouth, I would have a sit-down conversation about having you affiliate with my company.  

@THANG BUI Why would you entertain allowing the tenant to remain?  

For iinstance, my personl vehicle, gas, repairs/maintenance, food, travel and entertainment all become write offs for me through the company.

To any other new members, those are very informative and entertaining.

I would select a market with a large dense population, a relatively high median income, job and population growth, venues for sports or entertainment and an area near hospitals.

It gets old but it's entertaining...... 

To be honest, I don't even like to entertain borrowers reaching out to me who type in all lower case and only send one sentence responses/introductions like that guy.
