However I am interested in expanding into commercial but it seem that I will need to assemble a sizeable cashflow/capital reserve if I want to enter that sector as an investor.I will have to take another look into the 403k loan but I thought I read that it could only be used for single family homes so I thought that I would have to finance the renovations with cash.
