There is a tremendous shortage of affordable housing around here.

This leads to even greater shortage of affordable housing. 

There's also no shortage of land out here, to keep the city expanding!

The issue I've found with both this year is one of inventory shortages, but perhaps that has changed.  

It's a CRAZY sellers market due to low inventory.My personal opinion is that the source of the shortage is the general public's lack of faith in the supposed economic recovery.

After browsing the internet for two days their seems to be no shortage of experts on the note business. 

There have been oil shortages and oversupply wars that have caused volatility.
