Indianapolis Investors, I would love some input!

Hello Everyone, I'm looking into expanding my portfolio and I keep hearing great things about the Indianapolis area. I am a long term buy and hold investor and would love to hear input from other investors like myself who have invested in this area. How is the market? Does your property have high cash flow? What turnkey properties did you work with? Or which turnkey companies do you recommend. How was your process with them? Any local investors from that area know any prime spots I should look into? Thanks in advance! Rhea

I found that strategy for long term investing really intreging. I'm not familiar with manager portfolios/crowd funding, but I'm open to getting my feet wet. How did you go about finding the proper crowd funding

Rhea, I met with and toured with them twice, but have not purchased any property from them.  As far as CF, I have looked at any number of them, but most require accredited investors (there are a growing number of exceptions), the one I wrote about does not.  More significantly, most are blind investments (if equity) so you don't really know what you are investing in.  This one also is unique in that the managers of the platform continue to hold a large equity stake in the portfolios, and make their money alongside me the investor instead of from me at the point of sale (unlike say a turnkey operator).
