Can I place a smart tag on a vacuum cleaner that's kept in an apartment building's 1st floor laundry room, allow tenants on the 1st and 2nd floors to borrow it, then accurately bill them per hour?

Clean:  I own a shark steam cleaner and carpet companies own better ones.  

If it's only the carpet, go rent a steam cleaner.

But, as others have mentioned, you should be getting a few quotes in an effort to hedge against being "taken to the cleaners" by your contractor. 

Every time I see a new business ad whether on the road or online like flooring, home cleaners, etc I check out reviews and add it to a list.

Not a plumber, not a drain cleaner.  

If you did make arrangements  and could not pay the rent until Monday or whatever, you became the maintenance person, the house cleaner, the waiter, etc... and that was the late fee.   

I can only hope that the mastery program helps some of these folks, because I'm confident that most will be taken to the cleaners and left dangling in the wind.  

bro be you and dont worry about the car you drive..the dress code because sum tenants are real smart..they can tell if its a front you putting on...besides the cleaner you look ....the more money will be put in your pockets...drive that g37 until you decide to sell it...
