Hello bp members, I am currently looking for 2-4 unit multi families near south west cook county areas.

This would cover common areas, cleaning responsibilities, prohibiting food/cooking in rooms, quiet hours, laundry usage, etc.

I have no experience, but my start is going to be going to Cook County Scavenger Sale.
