Im very interested in real estate investing.  I have no experience, but my start is going to be going to Cook County Scavenger Sale.  The sale starts Monday Dec. 28th the property I have selected isn't on sale until Jan 4, I need help making sure I did all the due diligence on the properties.  Is there anyone out there that will be going to cook county scavenger sale?
