I can't imagine having someone else do this, because the renters usually have some complex questions and problems that need answering (cashing paychecks, getting a drivers license, FAX service, USPS UPS & FedEx, a good defense attorney, how to get back home without transportation, medical emergencies, vehicle emergencies, etc etc)
