Wholesaled property not selling... Do I say something?

After over a month I have seen over 2000 visitations to the Zillow listing with less than a dozen people saving the property.I personally think it is due to the state or certain rooms, general condition of the house and the high asking price.Would you voice your concerns and observations to the buyer, now seller?

It may cost more but you'll be absolutely happy when it's done and you can learn the process by observing the attorney.

Right now is not a seller's market anyway so I think renting it out and observing the cash flow for the first several months is a good strategy.
