One need someone to help me out. I own two condos, one I rented out which is a one bedroom and other one I live in it which is a 2 bed 2 bath. Im moving to Long Island because of job placement and don't know what to do with both condos. Should I rent them out or should I sell them?

@Amil Nunez Rent it out. Extra income is never a bad thing based on the numbers you provided. Make sure you do the math and account for all expenses like @Peter Abualzolof mentioned. If you're cash flowing positive then rent. Best of luck!
