I don't check it out for a few months because I 100% assumed that it was some guru conference/financial bootcamp thing that you'd see an infomercial for. 

So when I went to Honolulu this summer to attend a SDIRA conference and visit my childhood friend, I researched events on BP and found the REI Professionals Lunch - Downtown Honolulu.

I started the first week of October, just before the first BP conference.

I am not a coach and I am not a part of HFF leadership but I am part of the group.

It's all done during a video conference call so the notary actually witnesses the signing.

I haven't heard anything of that, from my understanding this upcoming election is supposed to be a changing of the guard in the Prichard leadership.

However, Trump did announce there will be a conference tonight that will go over this.

Few things that I've found out from going to ADU conferences, speaking with multiple professionals in person, on the internet and here in BP:*Accurate comps for ADU's are going to be slow-moving, but will eventually catch up and help.
