Long Distant Closings

Brett G.

Good Afternoon!

What does a long distant closing look like these days when buying properties?  Is it still packets of paper signed in front of a notary and mailed back and forth with your funds?  Are secure websites used to post documents?? Or other ways to digitally sign documents???

What are the steps and what does it typically look like?

Thank you for your time!

@Lior Reich  The company we have been using is Notarize.Com. There are other services out there you can find by googling "online notary services."
