We have one at home and I may wash the part that holds the water every 6 months and I've never seen mold.

I don't plan to change my exposure to equities, the proceeds from the sales would be reinvested in similar manner (without violating wash sale rules).

Just as easy to wash the walls without taking away from the color.

Since I had ~$75k in available credit I had calculated, correctly, that I could stay solvent until the rehab was done and I had sold the house. 

Also based on the price set for the washer/dryer units to use them, some tenants may choose to use a local laundromat for less or wash at a friends house to save money.

Maybe time for a power wash?    

We went with the LG wash tower though we considered the GE all in one unit, it wasn’t in stock.)If you decide to buy a fridge we bought the LG with 2 ice makers and 4 kinds of ice and really like it. 

Lots of people have rich fathers but don't become billionaires - look at the washed up descendants of the Rockefellers, the vastly poorer Vanderbilts, etc.... 

it is a lot of work, we change and wash bedding for every guest same with towels etc.
