Closer to home for you, would be Salt Lake City, UT.  

We are interested in SLC and Utah county, have been actively looking on other off market sources to find good deals.

Ogden Utah,( 1995) bought a 5 plex , Re hab went very smoothly, cost, quickness, and turned out very nice with good high rents,  Here comes the buyer , above 800 credit score, solid employment, down payment.Very great,  got all the units occupied prior to the Buyers offer.   

I'm pretty quiet on the Utah threads, but people are really helpful.

@Michael BaumOh that's great tips for the bedding and spices and kitchen awesome advice, so we haven't selected, we're looking at going in with 3 others on a home that's at a brand new high end resort golf course close to state and national parks here in Utah it's $1-$3 million for the homes, they're new construction and so far the only one on air BNBs is going $1500/night for 5 bedroom I think it was.
