Upon touring the property I realized I would furnish and decorate very similar to the current owner therefore we would like to offer asking (as the market has made an incredible shift in the last few months) but also ask for them to include the furnishings and decor.

Right now things are picking up and I'm getting more tours now that the holidays are over.

They talk of open houses, Facebook posts, Realtor luncheons, property “tours” etc.

My wife and I will be passing through Salt Lake City (staying in Ogden) as we tour parts of the country that we are considering settling in.

Tour some new developments that have model houses. 

And, make sure that you get a full tour of the area that shows you where the traffic patterns are.
