Needless to say the arrangements were set and he was all scheduled to start the trial in Madison when the pharmaceutical company pulled the trial drug and we were left without treatment.. arrangements made were at our risk but worth the effort.

But from my research, you can not disqualify someone for drugs or alcohol felonies because it is considered a "mental health disorder" You can always find another reason not to rent that doesn't have anything to do with that. :)

i have personally never had that offer when it wasn't to compensate for some sort of red flag, ie: past evictions, felony conviction, sex offender, drug dealer, or prostitution/porn But who knows, there's a first for everything!

I went there today to collect rent from one of my tenants who told me she would be available, but I was met by the other tenant who told me she’s taken off because she started using drugs like meth.
