I think the thing I'd be trying to work in a project like this is how they define attached or detached and if there is any room for creativity to get you something like a DADU while still complying.

I went to the county constable's office today who handles that area and they suggested since they aren't the owners or residents to put a vacate notice on the door and if they don't comply I could charge them with trespassing.

I have had participants go down to a 0% subsidy - meaning they paid 100% of their rent, but as long as they complied they got to stay in the program in the event they had a change of income.

That is the question.My husband was the handyman (well we had a work crew, but hubby was the ultimate handyman, perfectionist to an annoying fault...even to this day everything has to be perfect) I on the other hand, was the Zoo Keeper, oops I mean I took care of the nasty stuff, like tenant complaints, accounting, court scenes, making the tenants comply to their lease agreement.
