After all the tacked on fees that have been climbing (some of the cleaning fees were crazy in light of what they expect you to do to clean it yourself), I didn't see a huge benefit vs a traditional hotel.....so I passed. 

Reach out to their human resources departments and tell them about the special program you have for their employees (waived application fee, move in gift, etc.) 

We pay the fee but we do not expect that it provides any real asset protection because our properties are not owned via the LLC. 

Consider the cost of the property, mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance, maintenance, and property management fees (if applicable).

I havent charged any fees in the past but I feel my money is just sitting there not making any money.

We make money on the cleaning fee (its a long story), and so there is some value in the number of turns we do.A lot depends. 

All the housing agencies send their voucher holders there.Just be forewarned - many S8 voucher holders don't want to pay application fees, provide any documentation, expect you to fill out their S8 paperwork (!)
