So my plan is to continue working full time (for now); to fuel my real estate business, start building a client base, (fingers crossed with a few commissions) and then start finding/obtaining rental units for my portfolio.

I think there’s a little more to the story also , I’m going to pass anyhow , going to look at a duplex this weekend so fingers crossed !

As to the word count, please notice those are usually in the very early hours, 2 to 4 AM during my REM sleep periods, when I go into my RFM (rapid finger movement) sleep patterns I post more  Plans are, to stay out later that should cause these sleep patterns to change a bit, so, all things considered, my word count should drop proportionately to the winter solar cycles, dating patterns and time changes.

Though it can be a nightmare scenario, I'm trying it right now on the house in San Clemente, and keeping my fingers crossed.

I love my day job and have every intention of continuing in that job until the FAA pries my medical out of my cold dead fingers, but thanks to my career field I have an incredible amount of schedule flexibility.

Come up with alternative ways to vent your anger - stamp your foot, snap a rubber band on your wrist, snap your fingers, etc.
